1. Shipping Areas

Lovéra ships to all European Union countries, including:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We also ship to:
Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and the United Kingdom
(Note: customs rules may apply.)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 5–12 business days

  • UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland: 7–15 business days

Remote regions may require additional time.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above a defined threshold (e.g., €39 / €49).

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • Express Shipping: When available, priced according to carrier rates.

5. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking numbers.
Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order ships.

6. Customs & Import Fees

For orders outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland):
Customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These fees are customer responsibility and determined by local authorities.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed: Allow an additional 3–5 business days.

  • Lost: Contact us; we will assist with a carrier investigation.

  • Damaged: Email us within 48 hours with photos for quick resolution.
